Personal Information that TKE May Collect

TKE may collect the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and complaint and inquiry information. TKE may also collect information from prospective or current suppliers, agents or contractors in the normal course of business, some of which might constitute personal information, as well as personal information from individuals acting solely in their business capacity. TKE does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

How TKE May Use Personal Information

Unless you consent, TKE will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to inquiries, handle your complaints, update you on our regular promotions/special events etc by way of our (approximately) bi-monthly emails and/or process billing and business requests.

TKE never sells or rents personal information. In all mass communications (email updates etc) every will be made to list email recipients in the "B.C.c" recipient section so as to retain the confidentiality of all subscribers. We may release personal information under the following circumstances:
